A1. We should have an external department that investigates any allegations against officers.

A2. I don’t know

A3. I know cuts will have to be made, we know this much. However if we can find grants to fill in the gaps that would help. But in reality I fell we lose a lot of money to bad decisions that end in lawsuits.

A4. There are several projects already in the works but we have to have good paying jobs for people to be able to pay their rent or mortgage.
